Biographical/Historical Note

Mark Lively (1791-1852) was the son of Matthew and Sarah Odom Lively. He married Jane Boyd in Richmond County, Georgia in 1836. They lived in Burke County.


Scope and Content Note

This collection consists of a land grant and attached plat for 250 acres in the 13th District of Early County, Georgia, to Mark Lively of Royal's District, Burke County, Georgia, 1825. The pendant seal is attached. The document is torn along its creases.
