Scope and Content Note

This collection consists of a microfilm copy of records pertaining to Georgia located in the National Archives of Great Britain. The loyalist claims were submitted to commissioners appointed by Parliament to inquire into the American loyalist cases, in the hope of regaining property lost or confiscated when they fled the state.
