In 1931, E.R. Richardson was the President of the Ocean Steamship Company.
This collection consists of a letter from E.R. Richardson to Mr. George O'Donnell, Asst. to Vice-President and General Counsel, requesting information about the operation of a steamship line between Savannah and New York between 1847-1872. The word "Suspense" is written at the top of the letter in pencil.
