Biographical/Historical Note
Victoria Jenkins was born circa 1913 and was the daughter of Herschel V. and Besse Jenkins of Savannah, Georgia. She died on 4 July 1997 in Savannah at the age of eighty four.

This collection contains a scrapbook made by Victoria Jenkins of Savannah, Georgia from her trip to the 1952 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Illinois.
