Scope and Content Note

This collection contains military records and invitations from 1888 to 1925. Included are invitations to functions held by the German Volunteers, Company H of the First Regiment of Infantry, National Guard of Georgia as well as commissions in this unit for J. M. Haar of Savannah, Georgia from 1902 to 1906. Also included is an honorable discharge form for George Whitfield of Savannah from the Georgia National Guard in 1925.
