Joseph W. Wilkinson (b. 1826) was a farmer in Wilkes County, Georgia. He was married to Lucy F. Wilkinson (b. 1836) and they had the following children: Mary J. (b. 1859), John J. (b. 1861), and Ebenezer J. (b. 1863).

This collection contains deeds and indentures for land in Wilkes County, Georgia. that involved members of the Wilkinson family. Also included are receipts, bills of sale for slaves and a copy of the last will and testament of Joseph W. Wilkinson.
