Scope and Content Note

This collection consists of 20 gelatin dry glass plate negatives and 6 photographs (4 of which were copied from the negatives). Items 1-20 are scanned printouts of the glass negatives. Items 21-22 are photographs and are kept with the scans. The images include exterior and interior views of unidentified and identified buildings, parks, an asphalt roller, bridges, a buggy, railway yard, sawmill, and images of the French Broad River (N.C.). There are two images of a plantation that has been identified as Deptford Plantation (Chatham County, Ga.). The identity of the photographer is unknown, and the majority of the images are unidentified.
