|Extent:||0.05 cubic feet (1 folder)|
The Pinder family of Savannah includes: Norris T. Pinder, Ann M. Pinder (1818-1881), John B. Pinder, Joseph G. Pinder, Mary R. (Pinder) Woods, and her husband William A. Woods.
The Pinder Family Papers, 1886, consist of two documents - a Deed of Bargain and Sale for lot 28, Greene Ward, Savannah, and the settlement of the property of Ann M. Pinder. This collection was originally part of a larger group of materials accumulated by Henry M. Buckley, found in his house after his death. It is not known how or why he accumulated the papers; relationships between the papers could not be established, so the collection was divided, based on the provenance of their creation.
Materials in this collection were found in a Tybee Island house once occupied by Henry M. Buckley.
