Biographical/Historical Note

Homer Reynolds Sanford (1903-1961) was the son of Steadman Vincent Sanford. He served in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II and was stationed in China.

This collection contains the identification card and some personal papers of Homer Reynolds Sanford (1903-1961). Included in this collection are a poem, The Diary of the Greeley, and a leaflet to "All U. S. Army Personnel and Base Commander of Hanchung, Supporter of Peace" from "Citizens of Mein Shein, Shansi province, China."
