Biographical/Historical Note

Kathleen K. Danner (1923-1992) married a member of the Danner family; her maiden name was Kennedy. Her brother, R.J. Kennedy, was stationed on the Isle of Capri during World War II; he was a pilot.

Scope and Content Note

This collection consists of two letters written to members of the Danner family in Glennville, Georgia. The first letter was written by Captain John D. Bradley, Jr. to Edgar Danner. The 1943 letter contains family news. The second letter, from R.J. Kennedy to Mrs. And Mrs. H.E. Danner, Sr. is a V-mail Christmas card.
