This collection consists of deeds and legal documents pertaining to Lot No. 9, Second Tything, Anson Ward, in Savannah, Georgia. It includes the deed of John White for a lot in Anson Ward, 1778; sales and agreements between Stephen Britton, John White, and Nathaniel Pendleton; an assumption of mortgage by Rich Howly for the house and lot of Thomas Young, 1790; and the deed of Nathaniel Pendleton to the confiscated lot of Thomas Young, 1791.
