This collection consists of a letter from R.G. Jones to Mr. Garmany, written from Milledgeville, Georgia. In the letter, dated 1861, Jones explains that he is leaving for Savannah where he hopes to purchase mules. He asks Garmany to write and tell him when he will be in Savannah. Garmany was in Mitchell County, Georgia.
