This collection consists of two quitclaim deeds for Lot 484 in Ware County, Georgia, 1892. The first deed releases the lot from the Waycross Lumber Co. to J.G. Carter for 3 years, excepting the timber, trees, turpentine, and saw mill rights. The second deed releases the land back to the company, including turpentine and saw mill rights.
