The Savannah Anti-Dueling Association was formed on December 28, 1827 for the purpose of restraining and, if possible, suppressing the practice of dueling.
This collection includes three volumes of minutes and the constitution for the Savannah Anti-Dueling Association. The first volume includes a broadside announcement of the organization and its purpose. The second volume includes a brief history of the formation of the organization.
