Joseph Perry (b. ca. 1713) married Alice Hunter (b. ca. 1724) in 1738. They lived in Granville County, South Carolina. Jonathan Mulkey (1710-1769) was born in Maryland.
This collection consists of a deed of release from Joseph Perry and his wife, Alice, of Granville County, South Carolina, to Jonathan Mulkey of Halifax District, St. Georges Parish, Georgia. It is a one-year lease for a tract of 100 acres in St. Georges Parish, 1765. Part of the document is missing.
