Robert Habersham, a son of Joseph Habersham (1751-1815), was a merchant in Savannah.
This collection consists of deeds, estate records, bills, and receipts. One of the deeds is for a mortgage on 40 slaves. The collection also includes abstracts of titles to Robert Habersham's gold and other lots.
