John Clayton Bell served in the Marines as a Corporal during the Korean War. He was stationed in Japan in 1952. Corporal Bell was killed in action on October 26, 1952.
This collection consists of a letter from John C. Bell to his grandfather, Elder John B. Glisson, 1952, regarding Bell's faith in God. Bell was in Japan when he wrote the letter; his grandfather was in Claxton, Georgia.
