Biographical/Historical Note

Dunning and Campfield was a firm of cotton factors and commission merchants in Savannah, Georgia. The partners were Sheldon C. Dunning and Edward and/or Charles H. Campfield. The firm took over the firm of Dunhams (Charles and James R.) and Campfield in 1829.
