The other item is a grant of power of attorney from Thomas J. Buchannan of Marietta to George W. Wylly of Savannah, enabling him to sell shares of American Mining Company stock. The next four items pertain to Sarah Delannoy's claims against the United States government for damage done to her property in Sandersville, Georgia, during Gen.
