Christopher Baillee and his wife, Grace, lived in Effingham County, Georgia.
This collection consists of a deed of conveyance, July 4, 1793, Christopher and Grace Bailey ("Baillee") of Effingham County, Georgia, to William Beale for 96 acres. The second item is a land grant November 1802, in Effingham County, Georgia to Christopher Bayley ("Baillee") for 65 acres. A survey is attached. Though both documents have a different spelling for his surname, they are both signed "Christopher Baillee."
